Tot Shabbat

For preschoolers and their parents: Music, movement, sharing and stories with a Shabbat theme. Story or Torah discussion as well. An informal first introduction to formal Jewish prayer.

Julia Priest leads our Tot Shabbat service accompanied by parents in prayer, song and movement as we celebrate Shabbat together. Enjoy challah and juice after each service. 

Our children then participate with the entire congregation in the conclusion of the morning services in the Rabbi Samuel Chiel Sanctuary, and join everyone in the community at our weekly Kiddush immediately following services.
