The Temple Emanuel Preschool

The Temple Emanuel Preschool creates a warm and caring Jewish environment, where we encourage exploration through a play based approach and age appropriate materials. Parents, children and teachers work in equal partnership to create a nurturing community for children to grow socially, emotionally and developmentally.
We are now enrolling for 2024-2025! Voted #1 preschool by Reader’s Choice Awards, we are a child-centered, play-based program with educators who think outside the box with the child as a whole learner. Our curriculum focuses on the social and emotional growth and development of each child through a Jewish lens. As the only Conservative synagogue in Newton with a preschool, we pride ourselves on our warm, caring community that encourages children to learn about Jewish customs and traditions in an atmosphere of belonging.
