Turn Down the Noise, Turn Off Your Cell Phone, and Think About How to Become the Best Version of Yourself

Sunday evenings | 4 – 5 pm
5 Sessions : Oct 27, Jan 26, Mar 15, Apr 5 and May 17

We are awash in noise and pressure. Noise: our cell phones are beeping, buzzing, ringing, pinging. Pressure: tests, exams, expectations, applications, grades.

In this sacred space our teens meet with Rabbi Wes with no noise and no pressure. In the quiet that ensues, we will consider how the events of our world intersect with the timeless truths and texts of our tradition, and how our teens can think about a question they may not get in school: how to become the best versions of themselves.

Healthy, yummy snacks will be served!
