Anyone can do Ageless Grace-anti-aging exercises performed while sitting in a chair or standing. They’re simple but challenging for lifelong comfort and ease in the body as well as optimal brain functioning. Set to great music, they’re adaptable to your current physical state. People with physical challenges and disabilities are welcome. Benefits include balance, cardio conditioning, coordination, upper and lower body strengthening, joint mobility, spinal flexibility, optimal brain stimulation and laughter.

It’s never too late to begin! It’s never too early to start! Bring your sense of humor and fun!
