Crip Camp, directed by Barack and Michele Obama, is about Judy Heuman’s efforts to pass the Americans with Disabilities Act, and features  Crip Camp, a summer camp for children with disabilities. Judy ‘s inspiring book,  Being Heuman,  demonstrates the way a group of campers and many other people with disabilities worked to change federal law.
