This documentary explores the story of the Cairo Geniza. It’s a fascinating finding of 900 years of siddurim, letters, books, and more, from the 11th to 19th centuries that were found buried in a geniza in a synagogue in Cairo. These documents mirror the lives of Jews in the Middle Ages from Spain to Egypt.
