Reflections on Pirkei Avot (Ethics of the Fathers): Not Just What My Rebbe Taught Me with author Joe Rosenstein in conversation with Rabbi Robinson

May 3 @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

Join us to hear author Joe Rosenstein discuss his new book Reflections on Pirkei Avot (Ethics of the Fathers):  Not Just What My Rebbe Taught Me with Rabbi Michelle Robinson. Come learn from Joe why his new edition of Pirke Avot is different from the many editions of this book that already exist on this well-known section of Talmud. Prof. Rosenstein’s previous books, Siddur and Machzor Eit Ratzon, are used widely in synagogues and offer those who use these prayer books unique perspectives into our prayers. Temple Emanuel uses Joe’s Siddur Eit Ratzon every Friday evening in our Shabbat Alive! services as we welcome Shabbat.
