Take a ‘Storywalk’ for Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot on the grounds of Temple Emanuel!
For this Fall our family education and library activities will be outside on our synagogue grounds. Everyone is invited to participate in a ‘Storywalk,’ an innovative way to get people of all ages out walking, read a children’s picture book, and learn about the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot. The stories selected are geared towards children in preschool through grade 3 and their families.
Come any time beginning on September 1 through September 17 to read a book about Rosh Hashanah and September 19-29 to read a book about Sukkot. A small treat may just appear at the end of each story! Begin your adventure at the TE Ashford Road entrance.
Our TE Storywalk is offered jointly by our Family Education department and the Rabbi Lifson Library.
