Speaker: Dr. Ronit Marzan
What’s going on in Gaza? It is a disaster for Gazans who lack clean water, electricity and proper sanitation in addition to a host of other problems. It is also a perennial threat to Israelis who live under the threat of rockets, fire balloons, underground tunnels and abductions. Gaza’s raw sewage drifts to the shores of Ashkelon. What are the leaders of Gaza thinking? What are the thoughts of ordinary Gazans? This seminar explores the politics of Gaza and its prospects for the future.
