DESCRIPTION:All Temple Emanuel 7th graders are invited to join us on a trip to Newport\, Rhode Island! We will visit the famous Touro Synagogue\, once visited by George Washington himself\, and take a walking tour of colonial Jewish Newport. We will enjoy seaside views and lunch together before returning to the Temple. \nBus will depart at 8:45 AM and return at approximately 3:00 PM. \nPlease email acutter@templeemanuel.com if you would like to be a parent chaperone. \nThis trip is included for Chai385 students\, and the cost is $10 for all other 7th graders attending. DESCRIPTION:Help support a gathering of local foster families who meet monthly for discussions (and snacks!)\, with supervised kids’ activities in an nearby room. Martha Hausman\, The 2N Family Support Specialist (FSS) facilitates these informal meetings with each parent taking a turn to share what’s happening in their lives\, and everyone offering their wisdom.
