He is a certified Grief Support Specialist and End-of-Life Doula. In addition to his hospice work\, Jay serves on the Education & Outreach Committee for the Parmenter Foundation\, a MetroWest nonprofit dedicated to providing bereavement support and community education around grief. Through his professional and volunteer roles\, Jay is committed to creating compassionate spaces where people can share their stories\, honor their loved ones\, and find support in community. \n\n\n\nBereavement Group is sponsored by West River Care.
