DESCRIPTION:An Evening of Study Sessions\, Food and More\nTikkun Leil Shavuot is about immersing ourselves in the wisdom of Torah as a way of re-enacting the revelation that took place on Mount Sinai. Join us for a full evening of learning\, beginning with a delicious community dinner and followed by community-wide learning opportunities taught by guest scholars and community members. This evening is generously sponsored by the Ruth and Ron Silberstein Fund. \nKeynote Speaker: Joshua Foer\nAuthor and social entrepreneur Joshua Foer is the co-founder of several initiatives to make Jewish learning and cultural exploration accessible worldwide\, including Sefaria\, the open-access library of Jewish texts\, Lehrhaus\, a community hub in Somerville\, the Jewish film and TV production company Leviathan\, and the design competition Sukkah City. He is also the co-founder of Atlas Obscura and author of Moonwalking with Einstein\, an international bestseller published in 37 languages.
