Be sure to order your LULAV and ETROG set to use during the week of Sukkot no later than Oct 7 (before 1 pm) ! Order online  send your check, payable to Temple Emanuel/Lulav, attn. Tessa Amantiado. Please let Tessa know if you will be sending in a check at 617-558-8111.

All Temple Emanuel families with a current 3rd grader are invited to be part of building and decorating a sukkah together and then sharing in the mitzvah of eating in the Sukkah during the Sukkot holiday and make new friends! Contact

Calling All Sukkah Decorators!

Thursday, October 10 | 4:00 – 6:00 pm

All Temple Emanuel families with Kindergarten age children are specifically invited as honored guests to this decorating program!

All ages are invited to come and meet new people and make new friends!

Pizza and salad will be served to volunteers. Bring decorations, gourds, small pumpkins, Indian corn, etc. to hang up. Decorating materials will be provided. RSVP for pizza to Terri.


Singing Sukkot

Join us at Sukkot Day 2 Services for a morning of joyful song in the spirit of Sukkot’s core commandment: “v’samachta b’chageicha, v’hayita ach sameach” “Rejoice on your holidays and be only joyous!” We will be teaching special spiritual songs that fit the spirit of the holiday throughout the service.

Sukkot begins on Sunday, October 13: Services at 6:00 pm,

Sukkot Services: Days 1 and 2: Monday, 10/14, and Tuesday, 10/15, 9:30 am

Sukkot Children’s Services Days 1 and 2: 10:45-12:00,
