The Individual agrees to indemnify, save harmless and defend Temple Emanuel and all of its officers, agents and employees from and against all suits, claims, losses, damages, charges or expenses, whether direct or indirect, and liability of every kind and nature for, or due to any loss or injury to persons or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with the activities or services hereunder on the part of the Individual and its Relatives, friends or agents, whether or not as a result of the negligence of the Individual, their Relatives, friends or agents, or the failure of Individual, their Relatives, friends or agents to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract, whether by the Individual, their Relatives, friends or agents.
