BREAKING THE FAST OF THE FIRSTBORN at Daily Morning Minyan
In recognition that God spared the first born Israelites, traditionally the first born fast on the day leading up to the Seder.
A festive meal accompanies learning a segment of Talmud, exempting one from fasting. This is known as a “Siyyum.” Everyone is invited to participate in prayer, study and feasting on Wednesday April 1st, Erev Pesach, beginning at 6:45 am.
