The Rabbi Albert I. Gordon Religious School provides K-7th grade students with a meaningful, substantive academic program enriched by exposure to all aspects of Jewish life and culture.

Jewish Mindfulness and Meditation

July 8 & August 5, 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Jewish Mindfulness and Meditation continues this summer. No prior experience with meditation is necessary. You may attend any or all sessions and no advance registration is required – just come! Participants are warmly encouraged to join Shabbat services after the sessions.
