No experiences needed-just bring your energy and a smile! Jose has a fun and active program to elevate your wellbeing with a special fitness group centered around movement and laughter.

We will discuss Matisse and his use of bold colors in his portrait paintings.
Linda Landsberg is an art teacher, who taught in the Needham and Sherborn Public Schools, as well as the Needham Adult Ed Program for 13 years, before raising a family. For the past 15 years, she has been teaching seniors in various adult communities.
