In the Jewish tradition, this is seen as the first step in the creation of a new family setting the stage for the next generation of the Jewish people.

Temple Emanuel is an egalitarian and inclusive congregation affiliated with the Conservative movement. We welcome Jewish couples who are members or children of members of Temple Emanuel, both straight and gay, to be married by our clergy.
