Join us for this special cooking series with Israeli chef, Gal Reshef. In each session, we will learn how to make a delicious Israeli meal and will then sit down and enjoy the feast together. At the end of every session, you’ll go home with a full belly, recipe cards, and the skills to dazzle your friends and family!
Session I: March 30, 2023
Shakhsuka dinner: (GF Option)
– Shakshuka (poached eggs in tomato sauce)
– Israeli chopped salad
– Tahini sauce
** served with challah (pre-made).
Session II: May 4, 2023
Za’atar mezze dinner: (GF Option)
– Za’atar-Roasted Carrots with Labaneh
– Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini sauce
– Baked Feta with Honey and Za’atar
– Homemade Pita chips
Session III: June 1, 2023
Burekas dinner: (No GF Option)
– Cheese-filled Burekas
– Greek salad
– Tahini sauce in 3 different flavors – regular, beet, and green tahini
