Sofia is a Community Engagement Specialist and Assistant to Rav Hazzan Berger at Temple Emanuel. With a background in Film and Television production from Marist College, Sofia kick started her career in the vibrant landscape of Los Angeles. Over the course of two years, she honed her expertise in marketing, social media management, and office administration.

In the summer of 2023, Sofia followed her heart back to the northeast, where she seamlessly integrated into the Temple Emanuel community. She cherishes the opportunity to contribute to such a dynamic and welcoming environment and relishes the connections she’s forged through the Yisod events.

During her spare time, Sofia can be found enjoying a good film, going for a jog or spending quality time with friends and family.
